ASTA A-ACOM72L is portable silent air compressor with 72 litre tank operated by an oil-free (don’t need any other lubricants) twin-piston pump with a capacity of 280 L/min and a power of 1500W (2HP). Built-in efficient fans prevents potential damage to motor overheating. Low level of vibrations thanks to placing engine on rubber shock-absorbing cushions. The safety valve contains a solenoid valve which allows the compressor pump to run smoothly without unnecessary stress due to pressure being too high. The use of this solution also saves the consumption of the so-called inrush current. The LED diode signals the correct operation. The pressure control switch is equipped with a pressure gauge (shows tank pressure), drain valve, safety valve (8.8 Bar) and 3 x 2.5 mm 5 meter power cord with UK plug. Centrally positioned drain valve allows complete draining of tank’s condensate tank that otherwise could cause corrosion phenomena. The unit is ready to generate a nominal pressure of 8 Bar. Double quick coupler socket, pressure regulator and air dehydrator are included as standard equipment. Subject to rigorous endurance tests (under pressure of 30 Bar), the tank was made of high-quality heat-resistant 2 mm thick, plastic and corrosion-resistant boiler steel. High quality of welding seams was confirmed by VT2 and UT2 tests, and was obtained thanks to a robotic production process. The safety of the wide use of the product was subjected to rigorous tests and technical assessments with the approval of the Office of Technical Inspection. The compressor tank is covered with a powder coating in order to ensure high chemical, anti-corrosion and mechanical resistance.
